If any of you are reading this, I apologize for a disappointing year. Since the beginning of the summer, I had ambitious plans that all went to waste. But believe me, I tried. However, it was frustrating. I wasn't enjoying playing SimCity much (even though I COULD run it), I had poor interactions with others, and eventually I lost interest and moved on.
BUT then I got Google SketchUp 7 for Dummies and rekindled that flame. Why, three years ago I remember really liking SimCity 4. I even made lists of what buildings would be cool to make. But I was a dreamer. Now I can make buildings. Make buildings, that's all I'll try to do. My delusions of building fantastical cities is limited to paper. Why in drawing, you aren't limited to the grid! But then you can't have lovely three dimensional buildings.
I'll try to make a few cool buildings, and I'm going to continue work on a few projects that I abandoned. Here's hoping for a better year.
